For perimenopause · iPhone
Thirty seconds a day. Menocle finds the patterns in your own data and turns them into one page your doctor can scan.
One email when Menocle is on the App Store, and nothing else. Your address is kept apart from anything you log in the app, and you can ask us to remove it at any time.
You're on the list. We'll email you once, when it's live.

What it does

Tap what fits, say how strong. Sleep, stress, caffeine, alcohol, medication. No forty-question survey — nothing you won't keep doing.

After a week or so it starts showing what keeps happening together. Each pattern comes with the number of days behind it — and says plainly that an association is not a cause.

Frequency, severity, trend, your cycle, the patterns with their caveats, and the questions you want answered — in your words. Export it as a PDF.
Not a prediction
Ordinary period apps assume a rhythm. Perimenopause breaks it. The Transition Map shows what your cycle has actually been doing — variability, long gaps, spotting, unusual bleeding — instead of a prediction that's wrong more often than not.
On days after a night you rated poor, your hot-flash severity was higher than usual 81% of the time — about 27% higher on average.
This is an association in your logged data, not proof of causation.
Example from demo data. If your data doesn't support a claim, the app doesn't make one.

Private by design
Your history is encrypted on your phone before it's backed up, with a key only you hold. There are no ads, no trackers and no third-party analytics in the app. Export everything in one tap, or delete all of it for real, from inside the app.
No advertising code in the app. Health data is not a business model.
No third-party analytics or attribution. Check the App Store privacy label.
One tap removes your account, your encrypted backup and everything on the phone.
What the evidence says
The app's education is drawn from The Menopause Society's clinical guidance, graded by the strength of the evidence behind it, and linked from the patterns in your own logs. Menocle is not a medical device. It does not diagnose or treat, and it is not a substitute for your clinician.
